    Went to get my tires checked, they checked for nails did not see any, so they removed my tires. After they removed the tires I was told that its 20 dollars to patch if there were nails in them, and I told the person I can take it to ******* to get it done for less. After waiting for more then 15 minutes, I see one guy walking over to put the tires back on, another guy stops him started speaking in their language, the guy then looks at me telling me he had to tighten my valve stem and its ten dollars. I pay them, the owner comes out speaks to me crazy, and I leave. I then called Wheel Works to ask someone that works there and was told theyre lying to bring my car there now so he can check it for me. I took my car to Wheel Works, I was showed the valve stem and how it could not be tightened. So theyre scamming people charging for services that they are not doing. Also talking to women crazy, made me extremely uncomfortable

    When customer came to the shop, customer advised employee that she had a issue with one of her tires was loosening air when tech was told this he said to her he would need to remove the tire to recheck the tire in a water tank to make sure and see where the tire was leaking and for this service it was 20$ , when dipped in water tire showed air coming out from the tpms sensor that is the valve stem that is aluminum requiring a nut and rubber washer when tech told this to the customer she replied saying she didnt believe tech and would take it else were to get recheck when she told employee this he said there still would be a charge she said no and said the most shed only pay is 10$ the most because she use to deliver parts to us from her job , after being on the phone with someone saying that my employee was lying and it could not be tightened for this I charged 10$ for my employees time to check the tire removing tire and water tanking a tire

    Went to this company and paid on October 14th 2022 for some new tires for my 2008 ***** Cobalt I asked for four tires as well as will alignment I picked up my vehicle I noticed the vehicle had been shaking a lot after the alignment even more than previously prior to going to the shop I had four original from the manufacturer hubcaps on my vehicle they fit with no problem they are direct from dealer when I picked my vehicle up my husband replaced the hubcaps back on the vehicle and one of the hubcaps do not fit the rims which tells us as well as my husband being a mechanic knows they switched out one of my rims all other three rims fit however one does not possible confusion where mine possibly was placed on another vehicle as there was 17 Vehicles there this day getting tires done the owner of the shop originally quoted me $290 plus tax I ended up paying $320 plus tax because he said the 290$ tires do not come with free alignment (in which i have text message from him stating it did include alignment ) . I am only concerned with the fact my rim was switched out some how . I don't know if intentional or not. The owner of the shop got mad when I brought the car to him and showed him he cursed at me and said " don't blame my f****** shop" I asked him not to curse at me he said "fuck you". I only want a rim that fits correctly as it did before. The owner of the shop was cursing and told me to leave he refused to fix. I am 100% sure this is caused by his shop . I had no problems with the Hub caps fitting before . He also told me his employee saw the hubcap didn't fit correct but still reinstalled it. That's a lie because when I took the car to them I removed the hub caps prior to them changing the tires. His shop never saw the car with the hubcaps until I took it there when they didn't fit. There were numerous customers around his shop when he treated me bad and cursed at me. It was inappropriate and unprofessional. I never once cursed or yelled at this man.

    I purchased two tires Approximately August 4th from this location.Initially they offered to sell me used tires witch were balled for 80$ each tax free .The balled tires were worse then the ones I was trying to get rid of.Then I decided to settle on new tires for 200 cash tax free.My complaint is safety and tax evasion on this business.
