    Appraiser is holding a $3000 commercial appraisal hostage. Has provided more than a handful of false ETAs. Purposely ignoring all communication while randomly stating report will be in tonight. This has been detrimental to a home owner, broker, lending company, and appraisal management company as the false claims that he is working on the report has left everyone in limbo and missing deadlines/killing transactions and reputations.

    Attached is the unpaid invoice and the cancelled appraisal order. I never received any money from the business owner and she cancelled the appraisal report. She told me to stop all work on the order and I was not getting paid. So I followed her advise.

    I am rejecting this response because: You lied repeatedly about the *** for the report and ruined the transaction for the borrower. The order was canceled by the client after weeks of lies and we were forced to provide them with a free report from another appraiser. It is simply unprofessional of you and other public reviews of your company repeats more of the same behavior from you. It is unethical to take on work with an agreed upon due date and then lie for weeks. If you had you spoken the truth that you were nowhere near close to completing the report, we could have salvaged the relationship with the client. Simply untrustworthy business practices.
