              If I had it to do over again, I would steer clear of Advantage Homes. They are quick to make the sale but so slow (if at all) to repair items in the home. They use the cheapest items they can find, i.e. plastic toilet seats.They gave us an excuse why we did not have an air gap - so we had one installed - coincidentally, the dishwasher stopped working - so we had to wait over a month to get a new one -One would think that when you have a new home, things would work, etc., and no excuses to get issues resoled.I have been passed around to various individuals to attempt to fix things.The only remaining item before we end our first year, are stress cracks - I am sure they won't get fixed.Even though I did notice today that the closest pole is not holding - I'm sure they will not address Their favorite line is "it it the homeowner's responsibility" - but you do get noticed when you file a BBB complant.
