      I applied for some energy efficiency solution for my home. I was told that I qualify for insulation for my attic and they took all my information. When the technician came out he said that I was on the list to receive my attic insulation and to expect a call. I never received a call so I called the company and they said that there is no order for my home and that they cant help. The reason for the complaint cause they lied to me led me to believe that I qualified for the insulation. They took all my information.

      The company has incompetent technicians that ****** off excuses to not perform the jobs. I have been waiting on this program to replace my hazardous furnace and when they finally came the technician was creating excuses of how his incompetent self couldnt install in the location of the current one and today I call the company location in ****** and they tell me the other excuses this technician made to cancel my furnace from being installed. It is unacceptable and wrong that your practices go against the whole reason the gas company has created such program. Its a disgrace and disservice to us. I need you to install my furnace ASAP. It is a hazard for my family and you know how cold it is here!

      Synergy Companies does weatherization work for the utilities.  We did do work at ******************* home but we did not install a swamp cooler. What we did do is
      Co/smoke alarms
      Faucet Aerators
      Outlet Gaskets
      Pipe insulation
      Front Door weather stripping
      But Synergy did not install a swamp cooler.

      I purchased an inmate call bundle June 30th at the cost of $44.89 my husband got transfered to a new jail June.30th that doesn't use synergy phones but synergy refuses to refund the call bundle how is that fair

      This company installed a door that was too big for the opening, the guy had to cut a 36" door for a 33" opening. The door was seriously weakened, esp. on the hinge side, where over 2" was cut off. The door has split and cracked so badly that the air just rushes through the over 15 splits/cracks, along with the utilities to heat/cool the inside. This company was supposed to assist with repairs to help save money on utility bills - the opposite has been true here. After months of calls about the situation, promises to return calls back were never kept, and when they finally send someone out, it was the same guy with the same size door. He wanted to do some ridiculous things - putty in all the cracks (like the putty will stay as the cracks widen) or install the same wrong size new door. I informed the guy that at 11:00 I would have to take a very important call from an attorney, after much indecision on his part, never going to get the right size door, and closing on 11:00, I told the guy that none of this was going to work, and that I would have to get ready for the attorney call. I asked him to put the hardware back on the damaged door and told him I would call him after my call - about an hour or 2. I learned later from ******, that the guy told them I had picked an option he gave me - putting the hardware back on and leaving the old door. I never picked any option, and flatly rejected the putty or hanging the same-size door idea, repeatedly telling him he needed to get the right size door and come back after my call. I asked him to put the locks back on while I took my call and he would be leaving - didn't want to leave the locks off the door not knowing if he would return that day once I called him after my call.They are not interested in fixing my front door unless they do it with the wrong door, putting me right back in the same situation where the door drops because the hinge side of the door is cut down too much in order to fit the opening.

      We replaced the front door on a utility program.  After time because the door was not painted it has some separation in the grans.  We have an appointment this week to see if we can feel in the cracks in the door.

      I am rejecting this response because:  The cracks are to many and large to try and patch, which would not stay in place very long.  The door had a natural finish applied to it, not paint over the natural wood panels.  The cracks appear not long after the door was hung, as well as the door dropping due to the weakening of the hinge side of the door, trying to cut down a door which was 4 inches to wide for the current opening.  In fact, I can barely open the door without using 2 hands - and under the circumstances of my current injuries it is just too hard and causes me pain in both arms (torn bicep in the left arm and rotator cuff in the right).  Sure, glad there isn't a fire.  The only way to correct this is to use a 34 inch wide door or a 36-inch pre-hung door.  You cannot cut down a 36 door, and not expect the same results.

      This is my entry door and it has to be secure.  Trying to fix what's there now isn't an option, since it is already binding up due to the weight on that weakened hinge side and the panels are loose from all the cracks.  I am looking forward to the Production Manager coming out later this month and resolve this nightmare.

      On March 1, 2022, I received a notice from our management in oversight that a ******************* from Synergy was providing a program at no cost to its residents. I live in a senior mobile complex. On March 21st a rep from SCE and Synergy installed a new thermostat, and other e.g., fan control, conservation evaluation, and so forth. After a few days of the services and the installation of the new thermostat, the thermostat shut down completely after 15 minutes of "heat". On 4/21/2022 contacted ***** Alosta, SCE who contacted ***************, Synergy regarding the faulty thermostat. To date, and after several attempts, Mr. **** refused to contact me. I suffer from a chronic condition requiring "heat" to my home. The thermostat simply did not work. Since then, and due to the fact I am unable to use the thermostat, my condition was almost unbearable. Mr. ****'s complete lack of concern for a senior citizen, and in particular the company he works for is appalling. To add insult to injury Mr. **** put in his notes "he attempted" to call me, and the phone call failed. Please see the attachments which shows not only was Mr. **** aware of the situation but the "ATTEMPT" was fabricated to save himself. A simple call of "I am sorry, I would like to help" would have been more than enough for me. Worse - he no doubt gives a "bad name" to ******* and **********, **** Our property management company trusted Mr. ****. Perhaps now regret on the part of ***************************************.

      Synergy is sorry for any inconvenience that **************** has gone thought and Mr **** apologies for any miscommunication that has happened.  According to his phone text messages and phone calls were made to **************** to help rectify the problem she was having with her new thermostat.  Synergy did have a tech return to her home and reinstall her old thermostat and we have made follow up calls from the office to make sure everything is work properly and **************** has confirmed that all is working well.

It appears ******************* doesn't know my name though it is written in my text messages? ******************* has not been in contact with me, nor the ********************* ******* & ********** ***** who allowed this program on the premises.  Further the customer service from ***** who called me on behalf of ****** of Synergies spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, interrupted me continually.  Both ******************* and ***** need to take a course in customer service, and remember because of the public - they have their jobs.

Perhaps if I was a *****, of ****** and not a *******, ******************* would have been able to reach me.  Everyone has has been able to reach me by text and phone calls from Synergy.  Your replies simply do not meet the core value of a business that is in touch with the public every day of the week.

      On or about 3/16/22 I spoke with ****** at Synergy. I was calling about a SMUD program for my ********* needed to get an appointment with her company. I found her to be unprofessional, occasionally accusatory, & grossly unprofessional even as I tried to help her to be a better employee. The home visit was scheduled for 3/24.The following week I learned that ****** accused me of swearing during our *********************************** communicated this to SMUD. While completely untrue SMUD told me my appointment was canceled with Synergy. Ive tried to reach Synergy management twice via telephone but Ive received no response.

      On Wednesday March 16th I got a call from ***************************** saying a girl named Melly left him a voicemail in regards to setting up an appointment for SMUD. I didnt recognize the name and wasnt sure if it was me or ******* ******** who tried to contact him. When I looked him up, that's when I realized it was me who contacted him. I told **** that it was me who called my name is Mili and he said how he pronounced my name was good enough. After that he went on about how I should have answered the phone, how I should leave a voicemail (correcting me on the voicemail I left), and how I should do my job. I told him OK and I apologized if he couldnt hear me clearly when I left a voicemail. He went on about If I ever heard of this real estate book because it talks about telemarketing and I need to read it because its a great book and he wrote it and itll tell me how to do my job. He ranted about a famous hotel where all the celebrities are that he's a part of and attends as well in **********. I couldnt get out three words without **** attacking me. He asked how I got his number and why SMUD approved for me to call him. I tried to explain and would get cut off. I asked to place him on a brief hold and thats when he took a loud deep breath and said under his breath this b****. I asked ****** if she could take the call because I didnt like the way he was speaking with me and she said that was fine and to transfer the call to her. When I told **** I would be transferring his call to the manager who can assist him he then became aggressive telling me I didnt answer his questions. I told him the manager would be able to assist him and answer any questions he had. He didnt like that answer and continued to ask me rudely why I couldnt answer his questions. I then said in a nice way sir I do not appreciate the way you have been speaking to me. The manager would be able to assist you and answer any questions you may have." Then he went off about how he didnt like my attitude and I told him I am just trying to transfer him. He said fine, go give your boss all my information and tell them how mean I've been to you. He just kept antagonizing me the entire time. He made me feel like I was stupid and incompetent of doing my job. I was very kind to him still all while he was being rude. I then transferred him to ******. 

       

      On Monday March 21st I received two missed calls from ****. It didnt **** on me that it was the gentleman who gave me a hard time last week. I was just trying to do my job and returned the call. I then realized it was ***************************** and he said he wanted to make a complaint about our company. He said because of us, SMUD told him they are cancelling his work order. I told him my name when I called him back and he asked me twice after what my name was. On the third time he asked me my name he then laughed and said the complaint is about you, youre the problem. He said SMUD is cancelling his work order because of me and that he never cursed at me. I told him I can transfer him to management and he refused to. He said he would call SMUD and make a complaint with them first. ****** and ******* were both around when I was on the phone with **** and kept it very professional. He was really upset.

      A Synergy crew came to our home in March, 2021 and asked if they could install some energy saving devices. They installed new fixtures in both rooms, and a motor on our heating/cooling system. The next day our bathroom sprung an enormous leak. We contacted the technicians. They came back out, but refused to take responsibility for the damages. A few weeks the motor they installed started malfunctioning. Now they are giving us the cold shoulder concerning the motor.

      Per ******************************* (Quality Production Manager) - went back to this customer Today1/12/*************  seemed ok with everything. He was upset that the heater wasn't working. He thought it had to do with the motor we replaced but it was a different part called the ignition module and we quoted him $610 to replace it. and he didn't want us to replace it. He said he would rather get the whole unit replaced with another company for free from Proteus. customer was very understanding,,
