1 starCompAndSave.com sold me a set of aftermarket Brother LC401 ink cartridges. They were not recognized by the printer at all rendering it useless. They did allow me to return the cartridges but would not refund the shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM CompAndSave.com.

I am very sorry to hear that you experienced issue with our ink cartridges and had to return them.
As per our return policy, for orders within 10 days of carrier delivery, if for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with the order, we can set up a return for a FULL refund if the entire order will be returned. On the other hand, all shipping costs related to the placement of the order are non-refundable after 10 days of carrier delivery. Since you purchased the cartridges on May 30, 2023 and its past 10 days of carrier delivery, we refunded only the items you returned and shipping fee was not included. However, as one-time courtesy, we refunded the shipping fee which means that your order was fully refunded.
