    We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and want to caution others before doing business with them.We were billed $208/hour and the worker was at the facility for two hours (the large majority of it spent on his phone getting estimates on a full door replacement). When we got the bill we were charged for the full time the technitian was at the facility (including the hour he spent twiddling his thumbs) as well as an hour for driving time. The rates, especially driving time, were never disclosed in advance, and the work order makes no mention of charging for drive time, let alone at the full labor rate. We were blindsided by this practice and felt it must be a mistake.Even worse, we requested an estimate multiple times before authorizing the work and never received one. Instead, we got vague responses about what needed to be done, with no pricing breakdown or transparency. It felt like we were deliberately kept in the dark until it was too late to object.This kind of billing high rates with hidden charges feels deceptive and predatory. We paid the invoice under protest but will never work with this company again. If youre considering hiring them, be extremely careful and demand everything in writing upfront. We regret not doing the same.
