    I authorized a transaction with JS Dental lab for the amount of $174.00 and for the purchase of a mouth guard. Despite my patience and multiple efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company- including completing several impressions and giving them ample time to either deliver the product or issue a refund- I have received neither.Ive expressed on several occasions that I urgently need the mouth guard or a refund so I can obtain one elsewhere. Unfortunately, my concerns have gone unanswered. My most recent message to them has also not received a reply.I had hoped to avoid escalating this and was committed to resolving it directly with the vendor. However, given the lack of response and fulfillment, I have sent multiple messages to this vendor and still have not heard back, given that they have charged me and haven't delivered.

    Ordered 1/8/25 - Received in March. Have emails - summary After almost 2 months received night guard that was too loose and fell out of her mouth while sleeping. Requested a refund or a working guard. ****** provided instructions for me to send the guard back for an adjustment.Returned guard **** inquired about the status of her adjusted night guard, which had been with the lab for over 30 days. ***** apologized for the delay and stated the guard would be shipped within ***** business days. After multiple follow-ups, ***** confirmed the guard would be shipped within 24 hours on 4/29/25. Checked Stays on 4/30/25 only label created. Emailed - no response. ****, frustrated with the extended wait, sent email 5/7/25 after no response requesting a refund and informed filed a complaint with BBB.
