      I ended my contract with ********* and returned all equipment and was told I would not be charged anything. I paid my bill and now Im in collections with them.

      Our system records show that we spoke to *************************** on 1-5-23, during this call she stated that she did not contact PGE to have the services turned off.  **************** stated she would reach out to PG&E directly.  We investigated this dispute claim with PGE and on 1-9-23 PG&E stats that the charges are valid.  CBA sent the validation (attached) to **************** to let her know charges are valid.  PG&E has a strict policy that they send consumers itemized bills directly to the consumer and can only provide CBA with a screen shot of the ***************** History, you can call PG&E directly at ************ if you need any additional information.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This does not include a signature on my behalf along with signature of Collection Bureau of America nor does it include a my signature along with *********** and Electric. I also did not give any permission to *********** and electric to sell my information to third party companies. Unless CBA can show proof that I indeed have contracted with them, then I demand this report immediately be removed from my credit report as it is currently representing false information and in direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

      This is to honor your request for additional information in which **********,Collection Bureau of America, has the authority to assert the right of the creditor PG&E to collect the debt, CBA does PG&E purchase debt.  PG&E does not require their customers to sign a contract.  PG&E has validated this account as, you are the correct consumer and that the balance is still due.  CBA as sent you the required validation of the debt.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The Collection Bureau of America is now making a claim that I spoke to a representative of *********** and **************** with that being said I need full proof that *********** and **************** identified it was indeed me by attaching a recording of your proclamation of my verbal agreement. I will also need the name of the representative who made this claim along with time. Also once again Without a wet signature of mine and Collection bureau of America on a contract, CBA are in direct violation of my rights under the fair credit reporting act. As I e mentioned before I did not give *********** and **************** permission to sell my information to a third party nor did I ever sign a contract with them. With such a claim of my voice initiating a contract and no physical evidence or proof of such verbal agreement by recording or securing that the contact was indeed me, it is not enough to report this inaccuracy and false information onto my credit report. I demand it be removed from credit report immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      CBA is refusing to supply me with the necessary information to ensure that this debt is indeed mine. After accusations of a phone call with a supposed verbal agreement that was not presented by the Collection Bureau of America, I hereby declare that this collection is inaccurate and I am not aware of this proposed debt. There are also innacuracies that emmulate within the attached letters that was sent such as the amount being proclaimed to be owed was a total of $456.04 as stated in the billing statement but within the letter ***************************** is attempting to bribe me with an amount of $373.47. This is not only proof of the innaccuracy but also the proof that CBA has no authority nor validity of a contract with me. Without physical evidence of my signature which is stated in UCC 3-308 PROOF OF SIGNATURES AND STATUS AS HOLDER IN DUE COURSE, without the signature this negotiable instrument cannot be collected without a proper contract between me and CBA. I never gave permission nor signed any contracts with this collection agency and demand that this derogatory **** be removed from my credit report immediately. I will also be reporting to the ****************** Protection Bureau should CBA continue to deny my request and report fraudulent claims on my credit report. Thank you.

      CBA is refusing to provide any evidence that this debt belongs to me. A bill statement is not proof that I have contracted with them nor is it proof of any verbal agreement, or written agreement of any sort. Should CBA continue to report this false information on my report I will have no choice but to take legal action. I have attached a validation letter that will give clear concise instructions on what i am asking for as proof as validation.
