    The customer service is slow and Rude. I sent several emails about a concern to the email they said use. They claimed it went to the spam folder. They gave me a long rude response back. The clothes are ugly and poor quality. Several shirts shrunk and very thin. In one order they sent me two pair of the exact same pants and they were made of windbreaker material. Extremely thin. I I sent a shirt back after it shrunk and they sent me a letter stating the sold 700 of these shirts and only had 5 complaints, well I gave you pictures, so I guess Im number 6.They give you trouble with returns. I returned a box and 3 weeks later Im still waiting for my refund minus their restocking fee. I really wanted to love this service, buts it not worth the aggravation.

    I have had 4 boxes come in now. 3 out of the 4 have included joggers. Of those three boxes two pairs are *********************. The one box that had a pair of shorts (good grief youd think youd send shorts during the summer months) one of the belt loops was busted but I couldnt get a replacement because Im not subscribed to the over priced elite plan. After one one wash the zipper busted where I have to take them in to a seamstress to fix. Some shirts are short and some are too long. In May they sent me a blue camo long sleeve shirt that has the design of something a toddler would wear. When asking them to return it (and not even get my money back) they told me no. I told them it was going to landfill because their designs ****. **************** lacks product knowledge (and compassion) and they definitely ***** you for what you get. If I wouldve known I would have gotten 3 pairs of joggers in 4 boxes I would have never said yes. They have the ***** to offer me to be an ambassador when you send the same clothes every month. How am I supposed to recommend a clothing company that only has polos, joggers, and some crappy shorts. Give me back my $500 I wasted on your clothes that dont fit or simply lack any design concept. There is is one positive and they sent one pair of briefs and too put it simply. Those dont ****. Do not waster your time or energy with these people.

    They were fine for the first year but then this year they charged me twice in May. I sent three emails, none answered. I cancelled and received no notification that it had been cancelled. Went ahead and cancelled my card. Definitely not doing well and double charging to get more money. Do not use.

    The took my money and never sent my box. They never answer their phone and they don't return emails. Don't waist your money with this company. I am calling my lawyer today.i wish I could give them zero stars...

    I received several boxes over the last year and a half. Back in May I was charged on my credit card for a business box. It was never sent. I reached out t the company and received an email stating their fulfillment department was going to get back to me. Since then nothing. All emails since are unanswered. All phone calls go to voice-mail and the past orders have been deleted from my account. No response and no refund so far and it is now August.

    Tried to exchange two pairs of shorts that were never opened never got replacement of the smaller size requested. Never got a response. So they either owe me a refund or two pairs of shorts. Its been weeks of attempts to contact them at all possible email addresses and still no response

    Not only is the customer service poor the quality of the clothing is even worse!!! I would expect better from a subscription service but ******* has better quality at a lower price. Do yourself a favor don't even try cause canceling is even worse. Still having issues!!!

    I signed up for a promotion where they'd send 3 items for $51.99. Got the items and was happy with them, no problem there. 3 months later, they charged me $86.99 for another box of the same kind, although I did not opt in for recurring subscriptions. I attempted to cancel and get a refund, and they never responded to me, both on their website contact page and via social media. It has been 2 months now and I've still received no merchandise or refund. When attempting to remove my payment method from their website, the button is broken and does nothing. These are major red flags. I also filed a complaint with the **** This is a shady business who will rip you off and never even attempt to communicate with you.

    Horrible experience. After receiving my first box, I was not happy with the selection that was given to me, decided program wasnt right for me and emailed to cancel. They emailed me a label and I returned same day but didnt receive credit. After sending 7 emails over 3 weeks without responses, I had to go to my bank to stop payment to keep them pulling the next months box money out of my account. Horrible customer service.
