    The package I ordered set in their facility for 10 days before it delivered to **** foe shipping and delivery. These companies should really look at who they are doing business. By far this is the worst shipping company I have had any dealings with. They also do not respond when contacted about shipping delays.

    This company is the absolute worst thing to happen to shipping. PYK is owned by chinese nationals and the reason they do not respond because they do not have an office in the ***. They have 4 employees according to their ******** profile. The fact that **** would deal with this low caliber company is shocking! I wish the **** would not do business with these clowns as they have cause more headaches and heartaches for customers in *****************. I had a package released from customs and it disappeared. The problem is this company is not vetted and the end result they no doubt using shady delivery services who are stealing customers packages. They should be a red alert on this company and they should be outlawed from doing business in the ***

    I purchased an item in ***** and according to the tracking, this 3rd party company was supposed to pick up my item from the store and deliver to **** family, but since the 22nd they picked up my package, they're yet to drop off my item, and kept my item in their possession for 9 days now. This company is horrendous, and I need my package delivered within 2 days or a refund immediately.

    I ordered a product that was to be shipped from *******, ** by PYK Global. Shipment was to be delivered to a ************************ near my home in **********. I checked the tracking number daily, and after 26 days, I concluded that the package was never shipped. I tried contacting PYK, but I could not get any response. After checking with ************** Fraud unit, I have concluded that PYK is irresponsible at best and could be involved is some sort of fraud.

    Ordered bourbon and 37 days a cheap plastic jewelry ring arrived. Total scam. Luckily my CC company refunded my $$$

    This is a fraudulent company.You can verify by tracking down the address on file. It leads to a single family residence that does not belong to the supposed owner of the company nor is a resident in any way. Additionally, the website that the company has is not a working website which means that it leads to nowhere. There are numerous cases on the internet of people claiming to be scammed by this company.PYK Global INC is not real and the people behind it are infact committing Mail Fraud, Theft, among other Criminal acts.
