            Went in to get a quote for shipping an item to one of our customers. They gave me a price of $12.75. Called customer to OK. Got an OK on it and went back to ship it and the clerk gave me a price of $15.65. I brought up the fact that the quote was $12.75 and it seem absolutely confusing for the clerks. The owner came out and ran it again and found that the first clerk did not actually put in the address only the zip. Apparently it makes a difference. How they did not know this is just poor training by the owner. I made sure that he would not honor the first quote and he was so worried about having to shell out $3.00, that he said absolutely not. I walked out. This owner needs to train all of his staff better. How many other mistakes are being made in possibly their favor. Shipper be ****!!!!
