      I had made an appointment with R. When he didn't show up a half hour after the appointment time, I called him and asked if he had forgotten. He said that he didn't have the address. I asked why he didn't call me. He said that he did but didn't leave a message. Very unprofessional.

      I'm sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I want to clarify a few important details.
      There was no lack of communication on my end. I did call prior to the appointment to confirm the address, but unfortunately, you did not answer. After the missed appointment, I even offered to come by later that same day, and you declined, stating you no longer had time.
      I understand that remodeling projects can be overwhelming, and it's completely normal to feel stressed or miss a call or messageespecially if the number isnt saved in your phone. I dont take that personally.
      However, leaving a negative review under these circumstances doesnt fairly reflect what happened. I made every effort to communicate and be accommodating. In situations like these, its important that responsibility is shared honestly.
