    "This firm was dispatched to my home by my home warranty company for an HVAC tune-up, after spending little to no time in my attic the tech informed me that my furnace heat exchanger was cracked and could leak carbon monoxide and kill my family. They then immediately told me that the furnace needed to be replaced, and the warranty company would not cover the total cost so I should "cash out" with the warranty and purchase a brand new system for almost $20K!" ...
