    My daughter had a treatment done on 01/12/24, the total amount that was paid was $920.75. Amount was paid with my health care spending account, my spending account only paid partial and denied the amount of $ ******, stating that this amount was already paid through the insurance company. And the amount of ****** would need to be refunded or credited back to my health care spending account. I have been trying to get this matter resolved, I called the dental office and was told I needed to follow up with the person who handles billing. I have sent Ms. ******* emails directly on 7/10/24, 7/29/24, 8/8/24,8/14/24, 9/16/24 but have yet had a response or correspondence regarding this matter.

    1.. On 4/09/ my daughter was scheduled to be seen at TLC. Prior to her appointment all info on her insurance was provided I was told by the rep who booked the appointment no worries shes all set and no payment is due or will be due. 2..On the day of her appointment I was surprised to hear different not being aware I was going to pay, I was like what!! I was not satisfied with the lack of important info not being shared. I felt they did this just to get me in that visit either way even if I had to pay at the end!!The price was more than I had when the check up was done, prior to all of this (*****) waived the visit fee as a one time. I was willing to get as much done for my daughters need of a dentist & depending of pricing of each item she needed in X-ray results. ***** did not tell me of the deductible needing to be paid there & at that moment, I thought I was only going to pay for cleaning & her fluoride, which is what I could only afford & was also informed of how much my cost would be. Never of a deductible, so I paid my total in 2 different card, but I was already so upset with the lack of services, miss information, overall just a horrible experience. The deductible of $50 to pay prior to my Daughters big treatment needing of a (Crown) which later I found I was not supposed to have paid, no treatment was done, I learned this from a former TLC employee whom was a dentist & opened her dental firm due to the ******* committed with patients, as soon as she read the docs received by me, she informed me of *********** skimming ways. I canceled my daughters appointment requested the $50 deductible refund, they said ok allow 30. TLC is known to commit ******* from what I was informed by this former dentist. 30 days have passed, back to back they have said ok nothing different. On 5/29 they say I wont get it because I didnt pay the visit, I stated thats not my fault I didn't ask for it, but you owe me $50, on 5/30 they said another story. This place is *******
