The home I purchased for my family should not have passed inspection due to an illegal gas line, cracked water pan, & broken coil all in the **/Furnace unit inside the home. There was a gas leak upon moving in February 7, 2022, leaving my family including our 1 year old son in freezing temperatures. PG&E deemed it an explosion hazard. Ngc fund I llc sent a contractor to fix it but instead left another gas leak with an illegal flex gas line. We were left in the freezing cold the rest of the winter. Weather changed to extreme heat over 105 degrees and the ** unit didn't work leaving us in danger again. The ** unit began to leak water through our living room floors while we did not know it was inoperative, causing damage to the wood floors. The warranty company's contractor said there is rust possibly through the air vents, water accumulation, broken evaporator coil, cracked pan, & illegal gas line. We've spent $300 on sending the warranty company contractors here & the HV** has been diagnosed as illegal, inoperative, & the whole HV** needs replacing, costing us $11,525.00. We would like to recuperate money for this from Ngc fund I llc as their appraisal used to sell us our house was false & we have been suffering physically & financially. The main line for water was extremely clogged upon moving in also costing us $750 to get it flushed within the first month.

This company also sells under the name ************. Its been a horrible experience working with them. They like to throw a lot of legal jargon at you like in the customer complaint filed in 2022 but bottom line is they will build you a home that requires a year of repairs and many will not be repaired properly. Per the 1 year warranty that they are actually required to provide they will send incompetent people to make repairs or blame the problem on you and refuse to fix it. Yes we did walk through the home before closing and did point out a lot of things needing repairs but didnt and couldnt have noticed everything in a walk through. We also counted on the required 1 year warranty for future repairs. We couldnt have imagined the extent of mistakes made and repairs needed. Some things you dont see on a walk through. Stained carpets because the foot prints covered them (the stains will not come out), chipped porcelain on the toilets (we didnt open all the covers), scraped tubs and shower pan, uneven floors, vent fans not working or installed properly, chipped countertops (they chipped after closing due to a seam that wasnt supposed to be there in the middle of a solid surface countertop (we were told by ********************** who they outsource much of the work to, the seams would only be at the double thickness) and not on top when we asked about seam disclosures, our air conditioner wasnt installed properly, windows frames were chipped, they flooded our home in attempt to repair the flooring with too much water in concrete mix and refused to completely repair damage due to the work needed to dry the ceilings. The person doing the flooring repairs did not know how to do it correctly, theres more but I think my point is clear. Many of the items have been fixed (not all though). It was a whole year after closing of waiting for contractors with a half a day and sometimes even longer time frames. Many times they didnt show or have the correct materials.

We appreciate the customer bringing these matters to our attention.  We value the customer's opinion but the warranty department worked with the customer and completed all warrantable items to their appropriate resolution. Warranty was in constant communication with the customer and explained why any non-warrantable items were denied. No additional action is to be taken on this matter. These matters have been closed.
