1 starIf you are moving locally I would advise you to call any other company. I would never use this company again.

*************************** received a physical survey of his home and a Not To Exceed written move estimate as required by the ***********. The move took the 7.5 hours estimated and the move cost collected was the written estimated Not To Exceed cost, no more. There was a couple of furniture items that ******* did not have the crew move and he felt that he should be credited for these items. Local moving is done on an hourly basis and not on a piece basis. The move was done within the estimated hourly time and with no damages as noted on the delivery cargo and property damage reports and Bill of Lading. The review is based upon ******* being unhappy with the final move cost, which equaled the written Not To Exceed cost he was provided and agreed to and signed prior to the move on 9-28-23. The move occured on 10-9-23. This customer is not complaining about *************, move damage or a bad service. He is unhappy that the move took the time estimated even though he had a few less items. He has now slandered Mother Lode on ******* Yelp and the BBB in my opinion as he has no complaint on bad service, just that he thinks he paid too much, but what he paid was only his estimated cost that he agreed to with his signature.
