Ravel, thank you for reaching out and expressing your concerns. We appreciate your interest in the position and understand your disappointment. Unfortunately, as indicated in the retracted offer letter, we selected another candidate who we believe is better suited for the role. We value your input and will ensure that your feedback is taken into account to prevent similar occurrences in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you.

I have also included Yari's account of the events and Ravel's interaction with her. Additionally, I've attached screenshots of their text message conversation and the retracted offer letter that was sent to him.Although I understand that he was disappointed, his behavior and hostility were inappropriate and do not reflect our company's values. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.

    Yaris Statement:
When we were setting up the interview for him, he was made aware that there were many candidates whom we were interviewing. After his meeting with REMOVEDI spoke to him on the phone and let him know that there were still a couple of candidates that we were going to talk to before making a choice. I let him know that we would send him an offer letter letting him know what his salary would be and what his hours were projected to be if we decided with moving forward with him. He understood and agreed. He stated that he needed an electronic signable document. He was advised that I would work on this and would send it over after the other interviews were competed. He agreed. After the last interview we found a driver that met the criteria stronger than Ravel. (IE Electrical material knowledge). REMOVEDwas made aware and was sent a retracting offer letter.  Once the letter was sent to him,he started becoming rude and disrespectful as seen on the text messages attached. Although I understand the frustration, he was made aware that he was not the only candidate, and the offer letter was sent simply to advise him of what the monetary compensation would be if he was to be the one chosen. No application was filled out.
