    My complaints are:1. When I posted a review this morning, it was removed immediately- your reviews are only positive and misleading 2. Your website doesnt explicitly say that the bed requires installation 3. Directions are not available on-line for review 4. When I called for help, you shared the name of a company to at you use for installation and they repair wheelchairs - not install beds I asked if I could return the bed- since my 80 year old parents cannot get it into the house and was told no.I wanted to make you aware that my parents purchased the bed on-line, not realizing that add-on services were required to have the bed delivered and setup with premier in-home delivery.

    A hospital bed was ordered and delivered. My insurer will reimburse for the cost of the bed when the seller releases their tax id number and provide procedure code. The seller has refused to give this info to me or my insurer.

    Seller sells Journey Zoomer battery operated chairs on Amazon. I bought the same for $2700.00. Within two months the chair was inoperable. There is a one year warranty so I reached out to the MedMart, the manufacturer and Amazon. Each said the other was responsible to help me. MedMart is the seller of the chair and refuses to assist, leaving my 90 year old mother without a critically important means of mobility

    We received a chair 3/13/23. The chair did not work out because of the condition of my brother. The chair came with out the box and we were told if we had any issues not to worry and the box would be saved. When we called MedMart they would not approve the refund and told us to sell the chair ourselves. Very bad customer service.
