  Absolutely nothing they told me was true or accurate. It was ALL a lie. They con you out your money and tell you things to make it seem like its accurate. I was recently scammed by this company that provided inaccurate information and left me feeling cheated. The company promised a service that they failed to deliver, and when I tried to get a refund, they gave me the runaround. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I'm disappointed in the company's lack of integrity Absolutely nothing was true. I filed a dispute with my bank!

  Complete waste of money. I consulted Psychic ***** today and the discussion was completely offtrack. What a waste of money. I wasted USD 200 to ********** resolution offered by customer care and asked them to simply close my account.

  I spent over $8000 talking to multiple psychics over the past year or two and not one prediction was accurate or came to fruition! These "psychics" knew exactly what to say to lead you on and were extremely good at guessing information! I have a doctorate degree in Psychology and was still not able to pick up on their lies for over a year! Why? Because, you think they'd be somewhat genuine, somewhat responsible and accountable for what they say and do ... THEY'RE NOT I have been scammed but a company that says they test these psychics. They don't test how psychic they are they test how great of a charlatan they are. I have the bank account transactions to prove I've been taken advantage of! I would never have made any complaints today if at least ONE of them were consistently accurate about ANYTHING. California Psychics are frauds and pure Charlatans!

  Be Careful!!!My first and only experience with this platform was negative, and my concern was this felt like a scam. I tried to leave a review on Trustpilot, the platform they use to rate the service, and could not. Just beware. I was connected to a psychic who had excellent reviews, and I was excited about the prospect of getting a good reading. I have a psychic that I trust, but I wanted to check out this service. When he answered the phone, he seemed uninterested and disconnected. I had to ask questions about his procedure, and the answers were not too forthcoming. I asked my question without giving any revealing details just to get us started and he was confused. He finally gave me a simple yes, followed by a long pause, and then "anything else?". I asked another question without giving any revealing details, and the answer was so off base and irrelevant. I told him I was ending the call to which he suggested that next time I should give the psychic more information so they can provide me with an accurate reading. Seriously??? I ended the call after about 5 minutes and attempted to get my money back. Interestingly, the help line kept dropping the call for the number associated with my new account and would not accept the email communication with the email address associated with my new account. There is only 24 hours to request a refund and the closing of a new account. I tried several times when a friend had the idea to call from her phone. Presto! I got through with no problem. Only then was I able to cancel my account and get a refund. I had a 30 minute phone session with my trusted and vetted psychic 2 days later, asked the two same vague and simple questions, and got the most healing and accurate reading.
