      My company signed up with Service titan in May 2025, they told us a 1 month ramp up for training and importing jobs and we would be fully up and running. 9 weeks later I pulled the plug as we couldn't see an end in sight. We were not using the system, most of my team couldn't log in, we purchased new Ipads so they were running the most recent IOS. They couldn't view jobs, We couldn't use the system!When I decided to pull the plug then they said "well lets send someone on site for a week, I'm sure that will help." I told them by this point its too late and I'm not spending the time or more money. They wanted a FULL 100% buy out to cancel and I said I could hire an attorney for less and I'm sure it would be interesting how many other contractors you told you would have up and running in less time than it took. Nothing about their software is intuitive or easy to use. Its click here and then here and you have to learn the path. there were so many questions we had that they couldn't answer. things that the sales team said we could use the system for and after 9 weeks we still couldn't get answers as to how to do such things. I settled with them on the buy out and sent them a wire transfer. it took them 2 weeks to confirm they received it but only after they sent me a message saying they can't find it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You will regret it.

      Service Titan is the worst crm and software company Ive ever delt with. Bar none. Terrible systems, awful product, worse customer service and launch. Complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

      predatory business. locks you into a contract and before you realize how broken their system is, it's too late. 1. trouble tickets being closed with no communication or solution.2. having to wait multiple days for simple responses. 3. constantly changing who your account *** is, by design. 4. they will never communicate with you, you will always have to reach out to them. 5. the program does not run how they tell you it will 6. they do not understand taxes and how they work. they will cause issues with your invoices. if I could leave less than a 1 star I would. do yourself a favor and shop around, I recommend field pulse.

      Zero onboarding assistance, all they do is send you videos to watch. This is a massive undertaking and we have to outsource just to get it set up correctly to be able to use the system. They are real good at selling the service as top notch only to find out it's c*** when your knee deep.

      Absolute biggest joke of a business i've ever dealt with. Do not get involved with them. call housecall pro. been with them for years and thought id see what ********************** had to offer. What's all the fuss about. It's all marketing. they know how to do that but they are the lowest of the lows of a company as far as morals or values. I signed up with them like a moron. Talked to three different people that use them a few days later who all said RUN! So out of fear I sent a cancelation request. You would expect them to have some push back/ efforts to change your mind. That would be pretty standard. No this company has a different method alright. Immediately threaten collections for the entire contract amount. Not only did they threaten they did it. 4 months before my contract was even to go in effect i get this email from a collections agency. "Your account with ********************** is severely delinquent and has been turned over to collections. Please contact me as soon as possible to arrange payment of the $46170 that is currently outstanding as the balance in full needs to be paid today. The balance could potentially increase due to additional fees and penalties as long as it continues to remain unpaid so it would be advisable to resolve the matter this morning.Regarding payment, I can email you the bank wire instructions or you can use the link below to make payment on the C2C Resources payment portal and email confirmation once completed. The reference number you need to access the portal is 1182615."I had several conversations with there team trying to reason with them and they just said if you don't start the implementation process we will turn it over to collections. Well this method i couldn't understand or agree to due to the aggressive nature. I Would have been more open if they would have just said what can we do to win your business?They have no intentions of doing that. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING OR EVEN CALL!

      Our experience with ServiceTitan has been extremely disappointing from day one. We were sold on promises of a powerful, all-in-one platform that would exceed what we had with our previous software (Workiz). In reality, the onboarding process was chaotic, the features we were promised were either unavailable or came with hidden costs, and their billing practices have been deeply concerning.We were charged thousands of dollars in unauthorized fees including a $5,276 charge for Marketing Pro before even launching, despite being told wed receive 3 months free. Several additional charges appeared without explanation, and some didnt even show up in the ServiceTitan billing portal. When we raised these issues, we received little to no follow-up and are still waiting for refunds and answers.Their invoicing system is unclear, and support has been slow or unresponsive on major issues affecting our operations. Weve sent multiple emails and escalations, yet nothing has been resolved after weeks.We chose ServiceTitan because its a well-known name in the industry but based on our experience, I would not recommend this software to any business that relies on accuracy, transparency, and proper support.

      0 Stars!! After verbally and in email I was *** with their program as they could never figure out how to transfer all or data, multiple emails failed auto batching failed invoicing, could not configure our payroll what they promised they could do, have the audacity to say we owe $23,842 to terminated they are incompetent too follow through on anything. I cancelled in November 2024 and they still can't do their job and terminate the program we have not and will never use agian. Stay away at all cost from the rip off and failure of a program! You can get reliable help from a much cost affective program other than NOT Service Titan.

      Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had in my entire life from a support company. From their staff from their data entry, from them failing to follow through on their contract, for them fraudulently running my credit card for unauthorized transactions, failing to cancel my contract after never correcting ANY issue asked to address for them, failing to follow up on emails, failing to follow up on their promises and correcting any errors! Worse company in my life I have ever had to deal with!
