    I spent thousands of dollars at this location through years just recently purchased about $550 on 7/4/2025, open one of the boxes that I purchased and inside the box was damaged and broken. I emailed them to ask for a box replacement, but they told me the policy said they are not liable for the box , I said I understand the outside box is out of their control due to delivery issues but the inside was broken before they shipped my order! Sadly they still refused to send me a $10 replacement box!This is not a good business model and terrible customer service.

    Top shelf booze at low shelf prices! Complaints on here seem to be about breakage. I paid $2.25 for Package Protection - all came PERFECTLY. For the price paid (including S&H) I saved $105 on same purchase local! VERY VERY pleased! My only complaint; it took 2 weeks to arrive. No way to SPEAK to them. Listed phone number is only a message "please email". Will I continue to buy from Remedy? - ABSOLUTELY!!!

    Extremely poor service! Do not recommend!!!We experienced extremely poor service! We purchased a bottle of cognac as a birthday gift for a friend, but it was never delivered. ***** claimed that someone signed for it, but the name was clearly fake, suggesting the parcel was stolen. Despite paying a significant amount for insurance and delivery, Remedy refused to assist, stating that ***** had delivered the parcel. Our interaction with Remedy's support was extremely unpleasant, and we will never buy from this store again. While the lost money is frustrating, it's the undelivered gift for our friend that truly disappoints us.

    ****************!!!!! My minor child was able to order from this company and have it delivered to the home. They rely on ***** and *** to check ID at time of delivery, No where on the site do they confirm age. Not even when you first enter site. The fact a company is able to rely on ***** or *** is ridiculous. They should NOT be able to get away with doing so. When I called to question their policy of age confirmation, they stated they do not and it is up to the shipping company to do so. Then he began to give a lot attitude as if I was in the wrong as a mother to call the company out on their poor policies. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?!?!

    Horrible experience I ordered on line and paid $163 Shipment damaged in transit and returned NEVER RECIEVED by me After several calls to customer service and over a week delay I received an email refunding $128 So I was charged $35 without any explanation Very bad customer service follow up

    Order #***** Very bad customer service do not order.I ordered two bottles of liquor online, one was good the other one did not seem like it is new, since it did not have the seal.When I told them that I need a refund I was stonewalled, they do not care and just playing games.Really bad experience.

    Back in June I ordered a bottle of ************************* from Remedy. It was a Rabbit zodiac edition, the price was a little over 198$ after taxes. My excitement and expectations were dashed to bits when I didnt receive the delivery of my Spirit. Even though the delivery service they used had a signature requirement. Turns out the driver that made the delivery signed off on the package them self. Is my guess. Extremely shady business. Dont buy from this company.

    No delivery.and its been a nearly 2 weeks. No updates on order. I kept checking the shop app that they said to use to track and it doesnt recognize the order number and the tracking number isnt legitimate. Cant leave voicemail or get a person to answer tbe phone regarding the call. Tried calling 3 times. This appears to be a scam company. I will call my bank.
