      I am receiving spam email from this company, I did not consent to this, nor do I want it.You are to cease immediately any and all contact, and you are to disclose how you received my email, furthermore, anyone else you may have sold/given my email to, you are to contact them, and have my email / info immediately removed.This is the ONLY response I will accept.

      Earth Class Mail, a ****************** is a CMRA ((Commercial ********************** and we provide mailing addresses to individuals and companies that subscribe to our service.  These emails appear to be coming from one of our subscribers and NOT from Earth Class Mail.  I reached out to *************** and explained the situation recommending that he reach out to that company directly as we are only providing an address in which to receive physical postal mail. 

      We have confirmed that *************** is not in our database and Earth Class Mail has not been sending the emails that were shown in the complaint.  

      In addition, I have notified the customer that we have received this complaint and they are to remove *************** from their database immediately or face termination of their account.

      the emails received, were provided to this company, clearly showing where they originated from. the company refused at first to do anything about it, even though they are the responsible party.

      We regret any frustration this may have caused. We want to help find a solution as quickly as we can, but we are not the senders of the emails that have been provided as examples. Here at Earth Class Mail, we value the privacy and security of the accounts of our customers. With that said, we will not be able to disclose the specific account information of the company you believe to be sending you emails.  We have notified the contact of the company that matches the address of your concerns and complaints.  We recommend that you contact the sender of the email directly with any further requests.

      I am rejecting this response because:

       

      the emails are coming from you, hence you are the ones responsible for stopping them. since you refuse, you are in violation of federal law, namely the "can - spam" act

       

      i will be seeking legal action against your company since you refuse to stop said emails.
