    Legal Zoom keep charging Registered agent service charges for non profit organizations $300 which increased to $500/ year basically providing Registered agent company with just physical address ( no phone number or email) so basically you pay the fees for the agent but cant even contact them directly. And this is auto subscription which renews automatically every year for a non profit which totally unnecessary and unfair expense if saved money could go towards helping some needy people. Totally unfair business practice I dont know how many non profit organizations pay which could be totally unnecessary charges but they dont provide enough information to make it easier for clients. I hope BBB address this issue and brought it to state government notice.
