    No refund/replacement guaranteed. Cheap, flimsy product. Stay away!Horrific from start to finish. I ordered the thin day guard, which after 3 weeks .. finally arrived. It wore down and had holes within 3 days. I requested a refund, and they offered to replace it instead. Another few weeks goes by, and I receive the replacement. Same issue. I requested a refund at this time, and I was told that I need to send BOTH guards back. I only had the one since, why would I keep the original one? Someone finally allowed me to ship it back. Well, tracking info was provided via **** and the package got lost. Its been almost 2 months, and they are now saying that until it arrives, I am not eligible for a refund. So even though its no longer in my possession and was returned at their request, you wont provide the refund. They say have a 100% guarantee, or money back , which they will not uphold. Oh , should also note it takes days for customer service to respond. DAYS. I regret ever using this companys product and would never recommend it to anyone.

    This appliance worked well for a while but was completely defunct in eight months. Chomper Labs did not offer a refund or replacement. I am disappointed and will be purchasing a new appliance from a competitor.

    I ordered a night guard from Chomper Labs back in December. When it arrived it did not fill at all. They said it was due to the fact that the impression could have been messed up, but it honestly didn't even fit my mouth at all. They responded late to my customer service request about the fit issue and at that point I told them that I wanted a refund and I'd send back my guard. My complaint was sent to them on December ********* have yet to get this issue or refund resolved. I'm furious at the fact that they do not provide a phone number to reach them and it is all at the mercy of email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would choose zero stars if it was an option.
