    On Feb 15, 2024 I paid $19.95 for a trial to a website called VRPorn.com in order to view a specific video that brought my attention to the site. The title of the video was ****** surprise and it is accessible from this link. *************************************************** purchases access to the Premium Area of this site (as it is referred to by its terms of service ************************************************) I was still unable to access the full length content and instead only a preview of the video. I verified that I was logged in as I was able to access full length of other videos on the site but not this one.As I intended to view ****** Surprise I purchased a trial subscription to a different website under the same company: VRGay.com for $16.95. From this website I was able to view the content. After this cancelled both subscriptions to ensure they did not auto renew and sought out support to be refunded for the charges of the faulty site.Not only was my subscription not cancelled and I was billed an additional $24.95 from both sites, but support refuses to refund me for the error that caused me to be unable to view the full length video on the original site VRPorn.com This has not created a good customer experience for as they have charged me twice even though I only wished to access content that should have been available on both sites. VRPorn has since updated their site to fix this error but still denies that the video was ever inaccessible. This goes against my own experience. According to the terms of service I am eligible for a charge back to the payment method that was authorized on this account.I requested a charge back for all charges made by VRPorn.com as I did not benefit from these payments. I am also disputing the unauthorized reoccurring charges happening on March 14th for both VRPorn and VRGay both $24.95 This brings the total charge back to 69.85.The only service that I benefited from was the $16.95 trial to VRGay.com this charge my remain.
