    Neopets.com This dispute started the afternoon of Friday May 6th, 2022 (I believe) when I came home from work at home. I went to open my browser to enter the site that I and my wife have been a part of for nearly 20 years only to find that my online account was frozen. I thought this was simply a mistake and tried several times to log in only to be told all accounts were frozen. I created a new account to try and see what had happened to the site as there have been numerous security breaches over the time we have played the game. I contacted my guild to see what had happened and questioned people whether there had been a sit hack but all indicated that there had not been. I filled a ticket to question the matter and was accused of using an autobuyer through my IP address and all accounts were frozen. I and my wife have played the game honestly and have never even heard of such a program in my 60 years. I have thousands of dollars spent on this account over the years and we have been wrongfully accused of a crime that we did not commit. Please see the uploaded file and if you can help us retrieve our accounts it would be greatly appreciated. Not in my wildest dreams could WE IMAGINE HAVING BEEN ACCUSED OF SOMETHING SO RUDE TO OUR INTEGRETY and companies should require some from of resolution as we have done nothing wrong.

    My account was permanently silenced months ago for pointing out that another user was working with a staff member on neopets.com to obtain things that didn't belong to them. Come to find out after a data breech where everyone's information was leaked (again) that said user was in fact working with staff, and that it has been an ongoing issue with staff members cheating on the site. I'd like my account to be unsilenced when I'm not the person in the wrong here. I've spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars on this website and obtained everything I own legitimately, but I get silenced for pointing out a flawed and corrupt system. The staff at neopets and jumpstart should all be ashamed of themselves. No one should spend another penny here and just let this website die already. I've sent in multiple tickets over this issue already and just get an automated response. Customer service is worthless.

    My neopets account: ******* was frozen incorrectly on 10/20/2022 for scamming. I was a paying premium user and I got iced without warning. This was due to an item trade that occurred on 08/01/2022. I have been a paying user for 10 months and this is very disappointing that it happened when I play the game fairly. Please respond to my ticket: ****** so this can be resolved. Thank you

    I've tried to communicate with this company who controls all the tickets for now pets.com and wow. Very very poor communication. It's been days since I've submitted a ticket and no response. My email address is:*********************. I'm very disappointed due to the fact I was enjoying the game and due to their bad security I was forced to sign out and change my password. Now I can't login to my account. It feels like I've lost years of work in a matter of minutes. Worst feeling ever

    my game account was ************** and a few years ago I do not remember the exact date but my account was suddenly blocked.I have tried for years sent countless email to their customer service account and have never received 1 email back explaining why my account was blocked. i never did anything to warrant being blocked. the only thing i can think of was at the time they had an option to merge your Neopet game with Facebook and after i tried to do that i was never able to get back into my Neopets game again but to just not answer any emails that are asking for an explanation is a little much. i would really love to have my account back because I spent alot of time and money on that account .Now when I try to log into it it says blocked for suspicious activity i really wish someone would tell me what that activity was.

    Hello, My******** account (Username:************) was unfairly iced on August 13, 2020. I worked with former TNT staff member, ******, to resolve this issue in efforts to get my account back. He was completely rude to me and was not helpful what so ever. When I asked him for proof and some rationale for this freezing, he never got back to me. I've never cheated on this game before in my life and was appalled when I received this input back from him. I was a long-time Premium user and paid $7.99 a month for 12 months totaling $95.88 in total. With Premium, you're supposed to get good and helpful customer service. I never received that. I also spent hundreds of dollars in the NC store on-site, which you can see in my attached supporting documents. I've been an avid******** player and valued member of the community since October 3, 2003....almost 20 years! Some of my account details include: **************** in the bank, my pets are*************************************************************************** ***************************************************************. My Shop and Gallery size were both 420. I've included attachments of my Battledome items that I had equipped to my pet shortly before my freezing. I'm happy to provide any other details showing this account is mine, but I feel with the information I've provided above and the attached documents are sufficient proof enough. I love and appreciate the************ website. I have learned so much about coding, economics and friendship...it has truly changed my life for the better! I wish to continue to learn and grow through this game and reconnect with the strong******** community. Please allow me the opportunity to do so! Thanks much,************
