    I purchased 3 items from Art Naturals on May 1. Today is June 5 and I have not received my order. The worse part of it all is that there is no customer service available at all. I've sent several emails with no response. And no working phone number is available. How can this be??? How can they take peoples money and not send the products. This company should seriously be investigated. I will NEVER buy from Art Naturals again. Through their website or any other store they are sold. They stole my money

    A few days ago. I purchase two pkgs of 4 packs in each pkg of artnaturals hand sanitizing wipes from bealls for $15.00 each pkg. I simply had a question as to whether the 75 % alcohol wipes may be used to clean the home surfaces as they contain 75% alcohol.I called 4 times and each time, the phone disconnected after saying to hold on fir customer service. I live in another state!! Calling CA. 4 x to be disconnected. I tried a 2nd # and it said that # is not allocated? Then I emailed them.Again, nothing. What a disgraceful company. They are making money off of everyone & don't care about anyone.This is a poor way to do business.

    The diffuser I have has a warranty and I called customer service several times a the phone gets disconnected. I want a replacement under the valid warranty. I can't get through to Artnaturals after several attempts. I need it to be replaced. Health issues yes if I breathe the corrosion due to the damage of the diffuser.

    We are a freight brokerage and we moved 8 loads for the company Virgin Scent/Art Natural. They never paid for any of those loads. The open balance is of 7,848.93. All their phones goes to voicemail and they are not answering any emails too.
