    I moved into ****************************** in April of this year. The issues that I have had have been ongoing since I moved in. The property management company is Cushman and Wakefield. I have been advising them of the excessive noise that has been going on since I moved in. It has affected my health and the health of my children. The noise is coming from the tenants upstairs. I first approached them and was told they would not stop. I then went to the office multiple times, called the police, and courtesy patrol. I have been given incident numbers from the police and told to contact management. The noise has gotten worse. I work from home. The noise starts at 6 in the morning and continues until well past midnight. My children were falling asleep in class due to no sleep and my work has been affected. I have also put in multiple service requests that go unanswered until I continue to put them in. My dishwasher broke and it took a month and a half to fix. My closet shelving fell the first week I moved in and has not been repaired since. My clothes sit on the floor till this day with promises that the parts have been ordered. I have had four different maintenance men come to see the issues. They take pictures every time, leave, and they **** the issue as complete. My A/C went out due to a tree falling on the unit and the repairs were not initiated until I emailed the office. I sat in extreme heat for a week. They put a portable A/C in the window by door. My safety was in Jeopardy at night so I had to remove it form the window. Myself and my children could not stay here for those days. I had to stay at my sisters house. I need my rent prorated and adjusted for the days I was not able to live here in July. This apartment was uninhabitable. This has been the worst experience of my life. Management does not return calls and only answers some emails but there is no resolve.
