    My family and I were planning a home construction project with ***** and ***** with Best Tech contracting. We paid them $10k to go into contract with them to help us complete a project with *************. We unexpectedly had to move to another state and the project did not proceed into the design phase or even past choosing a floor plan with the home manufacturer. No work has been done on their end outside of a couple emails and a site visit, during which I was given a ballpark figure of 1-2 million for the project completion, indicating that really no thought had been put into planning at that time, because thats just a ridiculously large range. I requested my money back and ***** insisted he hang onto it to begin the project at a later date. Having been told that we do not plan to return to the area to complete the project they stopped returning my emails. Im not sure why they feel entitled to money they didnt earn. Sad to see on ****** and yelp that others have had bad experiences with them as well. They should be shut down.
