It is now going on 2+ years and I have not had my water softener fixed. I was told that it would not cost me because of the "life time warranty". I have had nothing but a run around. It started with the part was on back order because of the pandemic, that I understood. Waited 6+ months called and was told the part ordered but not here yet, but would I like to get a new system. The price I was told was $15000.00 but since I had a trade in it would cost me only $8000.00. I said no thank you, I just want my system fixed. I was told that as soon as the part got here they would call. I waited another 6+ months and called and was told that the part came in but they were waiting for a fitting and the Service Manager would call me in the next few days. I was again asked if I would like a new system at $12000.00 but with my trade in it would only cost me $6000.00. Again I said no and that I just wanted my system fixed. Waited 1+ months and called again and asked for the Service Manager. I figured since he never called me I would call him. I was told that he would call me back. Again no call. I again gave it a few weeks and called and asked for the manager. This was in September 2024, 2+ years since this stared. I was told the part was just ordered and it would be in in a week and "HE" would call and set up a time to fix my system and there would be no cost of any kind to me since I have waited so long. No call from "HIM" at this time. When I called in December ****************************** $297.50 and did I want a new system at $6000.00 my cost would be $3750.00. I just want my system fix since I have a lifetime warranty. I will admit that I call this last time and lost it. I am so tired of the run around. I give Quality a -one review. How can I fix this and get my system fixed?

We want to thank the customer and the ******************** for bring this to our attention and were able to set up a follow up service at no charge to the customer. We will continue to monitor the situation with the customer to ensure the system is functioning properly. **** and ****** arrived early and spend a lot of time doing a great job on the installation of the water filters inside my home and outside. They did a very good job and I really appreciate their work. I think they deserve a five star rating, no doubt. They were polite, very helpful, and Im very happy with the results of their work.Quality Homes Services

I had a Generac generator installed a couple years ago because my disabled daughter has a lot of equipment to run and we cant lose power.. **** and his crew installed it and Im very happy I purchased the generator. **** came out today to do the annual tune up. I highly recommend this company ****************Quality Homes Services

The crew came right on time in the morning! Made smart pivots to figure out the best places to put the water filters and the water faucet for the kitchen sink. They wrapped up and gave me a tour of what they had done, they answered questions and made sure I understood how to best enjoy having good water in my home! **** and ****** stopped by for my scheduled appt- they were able to install the reverse osmosis first due to the way my connections were they had to come back but explained really well and with detail what they were going to do for our next scheduled appt. When they returned back they were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They instelled the system in a timely manner. Thank you very much. Really appreciated.Quality Homes Services
