1 starIf I could give them less than one star, I would. My neighbor hired this company to remove a tree and a tree ***** from shared property in between my house and my neighbors house. During the process this company cut up my synthetic lawn without getting my permission, or even notifying me that they had to cut the lawn at all. They Cut my synthetic lawn into strips, rather than what was needed, which was cutting around the tree ***** and removing the rest of the synthetic lawn to preserve it. They sliced it into strips and then when we confronted the business about it, the owner of the business not only yelled at my wife, but he started cursing at me and told me to go f*** myself and to go ahead and sue him. These are not arborists or lawn care professionals, these are gangsters with chainsaws. So, my next obvious step is to consult a lawyer and then sue them in small claims court.

When concerns were raised, our owner attempted to explain the situation and clarify the facts; however, due to the tone and manner in which our team was addressed, the discussion was ended to avoid further conflict.
