              We (my husband and I) purchased a trailer from TTOCS in December 2021. Paid in cash. A gentleman at the business named ***** told my husband to leave $450 and they would take care of the *** fees and whatever was leftover would be refunded to my husband. The gentleman also wrote down on the invoice the $450 *** on the invoice. We had already paid for the trailer along with the taxes, cash in full. TTOCS did not register the trailer and at year end when I seen the invoice, I asked my husband what the *** charge was and he explained it to me. Unfortunately, it is only $28 to register a trailer with the *** and my husband had been taken advantage of. I then messaged TTOC about the situation and was given the run-around. I have those messages. I have tried to settle this over a few years, asking to be invoiced, asking for the money back. To no avail. A gentleman ********** was messaging told me it was not a good idea to take them to court. Im at a loss.

              After months on going back and four with Adam from Ttocs trailers, I just want to come one here and explain my situation with Adam, He has been more than unprofessional He charges large amounts on money and fails to deliver his end of the deal. He fails to get back to you and gets upset when you show up to his shop requesting answers. He even pointed out the fact that he has cancer and used that as an excuse as to why he can not deliver his end of the contract followed by "I do not have to work on your trailer if I don't want to" and continued to ignore my messages. He has also used very foul language towards my family and I which I find very unprofessional. He blamed the trailer not passing inspection on our "attitude" like if my "attitude" put in faulty wiring, incorrect equipment and left holes in the trailers. Please think twice before doing business with this unprofessional company.
