On 12/16/2023 my car was towed because of registration it was taken to romos tow on 12/20/2023 I went to retrieve my car with registration paid he informed me it would be ****** I said ok he walked away and came back and told me I could not get my car because there were cars infront of it and he needed help at this time its pouring down rain I explained to him I need my vehicle he said there was nothing he could do I immediately called the police department and spoke with officer ********* put her on speaker and told her he would not give me my vehicle he proceeded to plead with her because of the heavy rain and he didnt have help he couldnt bring it out his exact words were there are 10 cars infront of it and some did not work I asked so you brung ten cars out to put my car behind them he said yes I still wanted my car but we were just going back and forth I hung up with the officer he gave me a hand written estimate of 832 I left very upset first thing the next morning I went back at which time he said 901 as my receipt says I was very upset because it was not my fault he didnt give me my car I paid for it and he brung my car out at which time I realized he left my sunroof half open and passenger window down my car was flooded with water I was so angry I was left speechless he kept saying we dont have storage I said you have the key are you kidding me so the whole time the day before I stood there pleading for my car it was being flooded with the rain I am very upset by all of this and would like for him to give me back the extra he charged pay for a complete detail and replace my radio also have the scratches and dent buffed out.
