On Saturday Feb 18 I had taken my car to discount tires to get two new front tires and an alignment. In total It almost a $500 charge. After my car was done I drove home n hadn’t driven the car for the rest of the day and didn’t drive it at all on Sunday. Monday I drove the car and went to work. On my way home from work I heard a clunking noise in my left tire. I took a video of the noise as well. At first I thought it was brakes and I looked at them and everything seemed fine. Tuesday the noise was still there and after work I was going to take it to my friends house so he can find out what the problem was. My friend goes n starts to take the wheel off but then realized that the first lug nut is loose. Turns out all lugnuts except one was loose. Discount tire had given my car back with a loose not correctly tighten tire. The tire could have fell off and I could have died. I go into the store and tell them what they did and demanded a refund. The store manager heathe said that there is nothing he can do for me. I could’ve have died based off their mistake and it could happen to others. They cannot get away with this.
