      I have been to this theatre dozens and dozens of times over the years at ********* location. I have seen people sneak in and nothing was done, whole fights breakout, poor experiences due to unruly babies and small children and people on phones. I even have footage and photos as proof. My biggest issue is that me and my child were singled out this most recent visit because she is not 17 for another few weeks and she wanted to see sinners.the staff then proceeded to handle it even more poorly. When I called this out after being brought to tears over how it was handled and how I was being treated in front of everyone I was only then offered a free popcorn which made no sense because I already had a free popcorn on my maya account. They also tried to say it was a state law that says she cant see it and I called them out on that then the leader on duty says oh well we meant its just our policy.
