    On October 20th 2021, I spent $442 to get assistance with my divorce. Per our contract, Paralegal Services was supposed to finalize my divorce. I did believe it could take months or even a year for this company to sort through everything I had and to get the ball rolling with the courts as my ex-wife and I had not heard anything from the courts in months on the status of our case. After meeting with them, giving them copies of all of my paperwork and paying $442, I called back several times in November and December of 2021 and they continued to say the person I originally dealt with, *******, wasn't in or helping someone else. About 2 months go by and my ex-wife hired her own paralegal who helped finish up everything in about 2 weeks. No one from Paralegal Services called back or emailed about my case after that first meet and I lost $442 and received no actual help. I even checked the courts records online and didnt see any new paperwork filed from Paralegal Services. Everything was finally filed from my ex wifes paralegal in April 2022. My divorce finalized in June 2022. I began to move on in life, completing other changes around me. Then, in early 2024, I came across my contract and receipt from Paralegal Services and realized I paid this company to file zero paperwork and ignore my calls and messages. I wanted to let it go but hated the feeling of being taken advantage of. After months of contemplating, I reached out again in July 2024. I attempted to settle things and get at least a $300 refund. I was told $200 was doable and $300 would require the partners speaking to each other about it first. I checked back for weeks to see if they spoke to one another and I kept getting the run around from when they would get back to me. Then some calls went completely unanswered. Now I feel I deserve at least $400. I really believed they would have some professionalism and call their clients back to try and provide updates and at least do their job. I wouldnt recommend.
