    RUN from this company, total SCAM! The products do not look like the pictures, you talk to a robot, no phone number to call and when I tried to return they, do NOT provide shipping label, takes a month and costs over $85 to ship back!!! They should be shut down! I tried to dispute it with my bank but because I could not return the items, I was unable to get my money back. They should be closed for all future business.

    If there were an option to leave 0 stars, I would. The website said they were having a sale, and I ordered 2 of their jumpsuits. After a few days, my tracking wouldn't update. I emailed the email address that was on the website, explaining what happened and that I wanted a refund. Someone asked for my track info and then never responded. Went back on the site, and it wouldn't even load, and the email address was no longer good. Needless to say, my package or refund was not received.

    Horrible, horrible, horrible. I paid for expedited shipping and didn't get my items until 2 weeks later due to the warehouse being overstocked. I also paid for an item that they updated 3 days after I placed the original order, only to tell me that it was out of stock. Based on the other reviews from other customers, this seems to be a reoccurring excuse for poor inventory management and customer service. I will never order any items from this store again.

    Spent over $250 after receiving an email for 40% off, as well as an additional 15% off. None of the discounts were honored except a measly $10 coupon. We need to keep reporting this company as a fraud. I also spent $20 for express shipping and was never given a delivery date. This company is trash and shouldnt be allowed to **** anything.

    I ordered something on 11/29. I gave it sometime because it is the busy holiday season. Few days later it said sold out on the item & said it would restock 12/4. Fast forward, it still showed out of stock on my end even though they were advertising it to be fully in stock of all sizes. I emailed & they said the new restock date was 12/15. Fast forward, I emailed again for an update just for them to say its OUT OF STOCK again & kept pushing the restock date back. Again, they kept it in stock & available on the app. They said its busy time (which I absolutely understand) then tried to say theyre trying to quality check the dress. Be serious. At that point, it would be a whole month if I got my order. Horrible customer ************** would not do spend my money on them again.

    Hi, so I placed an order for my birthday, it's a silk metallic gold dress, I paid $20 for express shipping for it to be here today, because I need it on Saturday. When I went to go track it, it asked me for an order # and my email, however I checked my email and I never even received a confirmation email with my receipt or my order number. I haven't received any updates and I'm really upset because I was charged $50.79 and I still don't have a birthday dress after paying so much for EXPRESS SHIPPING!!! I either need an update with tracking or a refund if it won't be here by 11/15/2024!

    My first time purchasing with Micas will be the last time.I don't appreciate paying for shipping and also having to pay to return the items that don't fit due to confusing size guide.After spending over $100 on my order and the best they could do is tell me I can keep the items and they'll refund me 30% is insane. Why would I keep a bunch of clothes I can't fit?!?!The transaction would be a bit more easier if they provided shipping labels. H*** ***** has that smh.Signing off as a disappointed/Pissed customer
