    We purchased a 2022 ****** Corolla from Fresno Mazda on February 2, 2025. We financed a vehicle through educational employees credit union. Our bank is telling us that the dealership has not completed the necessary paperwork to complete the registration and is changing the loan to an unsecured loan and increasing the APR. We have been in contact with the dealership, and there has been no movement to the registration on the *** website.

    Had a 2022 Mazda CX5 lease. Returned the car to the Fresno location on 09/15/2024 and was in excellent condition. They took the car for me and told to wait for inspection. I waited for about 45 mins and then they came and told me that the car is perfect and that I wont owe them anything as I paid all my monthly payments. 2 month later I receive a bill from Mazda for about $810 for excessive wear in the car!!! And they mentioned the wiper blades?!?! Are they for real?? This it absolutely scam and not true. If the car had any issues or had excessive wear why didnt you tell me after you did the inspection? They are just trying to get as much money as they can by practicing some funny business behaviors that customers shouldnt tolerate

    I purchased the vehicle almost a year ago in December. After the purchase I noticed the emergency safety break feature did not work properly on the vehicle. It would pop up and cause the vehicle to stop when there was no vehicle in the sights of the car to promote that feature. I contacted corporate and they stated u would be able to swap out the vehicle due to the high safety hazard this issue presented. I contacted the dealership and they didnt honor the swap. They acted as if I would be trading in the vehicle starting a whole new buying process. After that I took the vehicle in for reviews in regards to the safety feature they wanted me to drive with the service manager and reproduce the safety hazards. Which resulted in them falsely accusing me of trying to kill him to the Selma ****************** dealership. I took my vehicle to ***** after the incident occurred in fresno where the general manager told me out his mouth he refuses my service for no reason at all. It has been months I havent been contacted by any one and my vehicle is still doing the same thing stopping and braking with no vehicle in front of it. I would like to have a new vehicle and I also would like to be compensated for the way I was treated and lied to by the company.

    I have attempted to contact the owner, ****** ******, for resolution to no avail. Details: I assisted my granddaughter to purchase a vehicle from Fresno Mazda on February 3, 2023. The paperwork still has not been properly submitted for her registration and plates. This is OVER 90 days !!!

    On Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023, she filled out new paperwork AGAIN!! And yet, despite promises to her and to me via telephone that the paperwork would be input on Friday, May 5th, 2023, as of Friday, May 12, 2023, that paperwork has not been filed AND in fact she has been told it was LOST yet again!!
    I was assured by staff, first Jimmy and then Bruno, that this would be taken care of. It has not been. Bruno assured me he would email me a copy of the paperwork after it was done. When I did not receive anything by Monday, May 8th, 2023, I emailed him and asked for the copy of the completed paperwork ...I have not received a reply.
    When my granddaughter could make no headway with your staff by phone this past week, she again visited the Dealership on Friday, May 12, 2023. She was treated rudely, given the run-around, and then asked to leave the dealership. This was after visiting the DMV who told her to go back to the dealership who had to fix the paperwork problem!! I am however now convinced that this dealership and it's staff are negligent beyond the norm and intentionally fail to take care of customers, especially young ones like my granddaughter.
    I have instructed my granddaughter to follow up AGAIN this week. Unless I have copies of the corrected paperwork that has been submitted to the DMV by Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at close of business I will be following up as follows:
    Calling consumer protection
    filing a consumer complaint with the appropriate agency
    filing another google customer review
    and possibly seeking legal assistance
    I would appreciate the BBB's help. Toyota corolla VIN ***************** plate CA ******* Reg. is paid / CA address is wrong

    Fresno Mazda refused to sell me this vehicle for the advertised price. I received a phone call from **** at Mazda stating I was pre-approved for the vehicle and they refuse to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price when I came to the dealership.

    I purchased a car on July 7th on 10/01/2022 I called the dealership because my temporary registration was going to expire on 10/05/2022, I was told to go in on 10/03 to go in to talk to someone about the registration, turns out they never verified information and paperwork was barely filed on 10/03, I was told that it would be expedited on 10/17 I called to get a status update and was told not to worry it was being taken care of so on 10/19 I called the DMV and was told the paper was was never filed, and that the vehicle is not even under my name or the dealerships name it was still under the previous owners name, I called multiple times and sent emails and have not gotten any response

    I bought a used car in good faith from Fresno Mazda dealership. I gave them 500.00 to hold the car in May the car was delivered to me on May 31st. I wrote a check for 15,500. I signed the buyers agreement contract. I have been making loan payments to Noble credit union since June 28 2022 . I received a phone call from Scott on Friday August 26th 2022 evening after getting home from work. I was told that there were some unresolved issues on the car with the previous owner. I bought the car in good faith with no fraud on my part. Scott told me that they were sending someone to pick up the car and leave me a rental car. The dealership never sent the registration to Dmv after I called Dmv, they never received it after I called Fresno Mazda dealership asking them when were they going to send Dmv the paperwork to register my car. All during this process I have had to call them and send emails asking them questions and not having my phone calls and emails messages returned. I feel like I was taken advantage of by this dealership. They should have known if the previous owner did not have a clean title.

    Thank you for reaching out, we appreciate your patience.  We have contacted the Mrs. ****** and have made the purchase right.  We had to take the vehicle back from her due to not being able to provide the proper vehicle transfer to Mrs. ****** name.  We refunded all of Mrs. ****** money, and we are looking for a like vehicle to be able to sell it to her.  Our team has been in communication with Mrs. ******t and will keep her posted as soon as they find a like vehicle that will meet her expectations.
