    I made an appt to see ****************** on Monday Aug 28rh @ 2:30pm.Fri, Aug 25th after 3:30pm I received a call & a voicemail from ***** at his ofc which I immediately returned asking me if I could come in on Mon @ 8am instead, but if not to go ahead & keep my original 2:30pm appt. Since I cant drive due to my injury, I had to call my driver & ensure that he would be available that day at that time since he has a job & was scheduled to work. He finally let me know that he could shuffle some things around & we called the practice back to let them know @ 4pm. Although their business hours state that they are open until 5pm, the operator told me everyone had already left. He told me he tried to make notes that I could be there at 8am but I was still not confident as to which time I was supposed to show? Over the weekend, I became very sick with Covid like ************* daughter teaches a 2nd grade class at a school with multiple kids sick w Covid. I had a high fever, cough, stuffy nose, sore throat. My husband called the ************* told me they agreed it was best not to come in and spread my germs. NEVER ONCE DID THEY MENTION THEY HAD A THREE CANCELLATION OR YOU ARE BLACKLISTED FROM TGE OFFICE POLICY. So my husband stated he could wait & see how I was feeling & they offered him an appointment time on Wednesday August 30th at 1;15pm instead. (2 days from the date of my original sickness). My husband asked if we could attend the urgent care instead, they told us that would cancel our appt with ****************** (the Dr we really wanted to see) so we didnt want to do that. On Wed the 30th, I still had symptoms so my husband called and again was told it was better not to spread ********** would reschedule. This time they didnt even reschedule me with the Dr I requested & just never told me. Today, I am still sick. My husband called to make an appt & 6 hours later that appt was RUDELY cancelled for no reason.calling back my husband was told I was blacklisted for 3 missed appts.
