              I purchased a mattress with a 10 year warranty On Nov 12, 2022. Spent $1000 was never told that if I didn't have it on a new box spring or a base that it would void the warranty. The mattress has since developed a 2 1/4" dip in the center. Mattress Land sent out people to take measurements for the warranty and yesterday I received a letter telling me that the warranty is void since it was on an old box spring. I feel we were misled by the sales representative. Had we been informed prior to purchasing not after the fact we would have done something different. Only 1 person sleeps on this mattress and they are not over weight. It cannot be considered misuse. We are not using it for gym practice.

              We wanted to give Mattress Land a chance to respond before posting this review however did not hear back. So here we are, writing our honest experience and review. We also chose to wait a while to make sure we were not writing a review out of emotion, but with a clear head. Our experience: We purchased a mattress and adjustable base. Upon the delivery date, we received a base that did not power. Mattress Land was going to send a new adjustable base. No biggie. We received the second adjustable base but it did not come with a remote. Mattress Land was going to send a new adjustable base. At this point, we were a bit worried that we were receiving used items. We received the third adjustable base but the fabric on the adjustable base had a visible torn hole. Mattress Land was going to send a new base. They told us we would get compensation for all the trouble we’ve been put through. We received the fourth adjustable base and it had clonking noise. Mattress land sent someone to do an inspection and they were unable to fix it. We were told there would be follow up. No follow up was done. After waiting over a month and not receiving any follow up, I called Mattress Land, left a voice message and still did not receive a call back regarding the unsolved issue. I went to Mattress Land in-person and spoke with you about the unresolved issue. I was told they thought the issue was resolved, when in fact, I was still left with a defective item. I was told they would get a replacement out to us. We received our fifth adjustable base and were told we were going to get compensated for all this trouble we were put through. We received absolutely no compensation. Our overall experience is this... They will tell you what you want to hear and will make promises with little follow through. It takes a lot of patience and persistence to resolve issues.
