      March 2023 S365 installed solar panels on my property. S365 however never completed the paperwork to *** to attach to the grid and for me to receive credit on my billing.I have had several different representatives from other companies who claimed they could get the job done. So I sit and wait for about a week and nothing. They don't return my phone calls. I tried doing the paperwork myself but could not finish because I didn't understand what they needed. Please help me I have tried calling them but the phone is always busy.Thank you

      I am the Trustee of My late mothers estate and she contracted this company to add solar to her house and they have an issue of someone internally taking $ so the clients that did not have their solar system completed got hung out to dry. I need to contract another company to make the solar system work with all the correct permits and engineering needed. It is going to cost quit a bit to make this happen. My complaint it that they abandoned the project before it was completed in the year they started it in 2023.

      Re: ***************************************************. My elderly father, *************************, age 83, received a flyer to reduce energy bills, so contacting this company to inquire about the required inspection and gather info. This company came to his home, did not inspect, but had him sign a Docsign as a commitment to join the program. They told him nothing about cost, so the next day, they came out and installed panels. They pulled a permit, then cancelled it, so put panels on my dads house without required permits. They never sent a copy of what he signed, and their phone number was disconnected shortly thereafter. So, we recently figured out it was this company and theyre working with a finance company who has billed my dad $30,000. He never received this finance document, and those initials on the document are not his. The finance document says he had 10 days to cancel, but because he never received, he could not cancel. This is a clear case of fraud and elderly abuse! We demand justice and that my dad is not held to this fraudulent contract. He should owe $0.00. Please help!

      We received multiple flyers specifically addressed to PG& E customers to set up solar panels for a discounted rate. We called and set up an inspection appointment. On November 2, 2023, we hired S365, Inc. (S365) to install solar panels, Module Optimizer, Hybrid Inverter and battery storage at their residence in *****************, **********. As part of the terms of the agreement, S365 agreed to complete the site preparation, obtain engineering plans, obtain the permits, and install the system to point of operation within a certain timeframe. We , as required under the terms of the agreement, obtained financing for the entire cost of $40,594.00 from Solar ******* LLC. and this amount was paid in full to S365. We began payments to Solar Mosaic in February of 2024. However, to date, S365 has not fulfilled its obligation under the terms of the agreement by failing to conduct the final inspection and obtaining the Permission to Operate. Our sales **** ******************************** stop responding to our calls. This is unacceptable to us and feel is actionable under the law.At this time, we are asking that S365 remove the solar panels and equipment from our roof, pay ******* **** the loan balance and refund us the sum of $ 800, which represents the payment made to ******* **** as of today

      In November 2023, we contracted with S365 *********** to install solar panels, solar battery and updated electrical panel. The price included the company obtaining all necessary permits. By the first week of January, all fees were paid and most of the work was completed. We had been previously advised all we need to do the final connection was to have PGE do their final inspection. This has not occurred and it is now the middle of March.The utility needs to give you Permission to Operate or PTO. Once this happens, youll be notified that its ok to turn on your system. Once turned on you will immediately begin producing solar electricity and generating savings.We were told by the salesperson, *******************************, that the company had some financial issues and was no longer in operation but he was assigned to work with the customers and municipalities to insure the work was finished. His contact number is **************. He has returned a text when we tried to call him which reads:Mrs. **************** been so busy. Being bombarded with calls from a 100 different people and dealing with a boat load of different municipalities. Im sorry I havent reached out. But as of right now I have no solid answers. Rest assured Im working hard to get everything cleared up for you and everyone. Im sorry this is not moving at the pace you would like but know I doing the best I can to get it done as soon as possible. Again Im sorry for the delays I will reach out to you guys as soon as I get more answers for you.With warm regards,****** we originally began working with ******, he indicated that he was an employee of the ******************* and that ********** had contracted with S365 *********** to provide solar to homes. We know longer know if this is true.We would like PGE to do their final inspection and have our system connected so we may begin saving on energy costs

      On October 6, 2023, I had agreed to have the following work to be done by S365; Reroof, solar panels, battery storage and main panel upgrade. Per contract agreement S365 would install all equipment pass final inspection, submit permission to operate application to utility company and provide proof of PTO. All work was financed, after the installation of the reroof, solar panels, battery storage the finance company made payment to S365 on November 21, 2023. The end of December I called S365 and the receptionist said that they were sending someone out to my residence due to PG&E asking for additional pictures of the install, someone did come out and take pictures. That was the last time I was able to speak to anyone from S365. Since than I have not been able to contact anyone form S365 to complete the main panel update or get the final inspection and permission to operate my solar system. I have tried calling several times and different numbers for the company, *** left voice mail messages, sent emails, and text messages requesting the status of the remaining work. Nobody has returned my calls or messages. I called PG&E on February 15, 2024, to ask what was going on with my solar project. S365 previously told me that they needed approval from PG&E to do the main panel upgrade, I was told by PG&E that there was no application for the main panel upgrade for my home or an attempt to submit application, I was transferred to their solar department, I was told by them there was no application for my solar project ever submitted. It is now almost 4 months into this agreement, and I have not had my work completed, the contract said the work would be done within 120 days. Im not sure how to move forward as I cannot get a hold of anyone from S365, I also cannot take the federal tax credit because I don't have PTO my solar panels or have the credits released to me. Ive been completely ghosted by this company. Requesting a response and all remaining work be completed with PTO.

      This company S365 Solar installed solar panels with a loan taken out in my name, did NOT complete the job and they are now out of business and license revoked. I can not get an answer from them, they claimed to be PG&E. I have paperwork backing this up, they faked a city inspection. There were fake city workers at my house doing an inspection, I called the city to inquire about inspection and they said they had never been to my house and have only an application on file, they tried contacting the company to schedule inspection and they can NOT get ahold of the company, just like me. I am now 40k into debt with non working solar panels. This is absolutely crazy that a business can get away with this!

      Signed contract mid July of last year for installation of a battery pack and 2 EV garage chargers. The garage chargers have not been installed. I believe that the battery pack is installed but no final inspection or PG&E connection were completed. About 6-7 weeks ago I contacted the finance company who received assurance from the company that the project would be completed within 2 weeks but that has not happened. Over the last month I have left numerous messages for an update and of this day there has been no response.
