              Central Valley Receivables has requested $14,011.29 payment for their client. I formally disputed the claim on December 29th 2023 following their protocols and ********** law via hard mail, email, and on the telephone. This was in response to a false claim that was legally challenged. Their letter and ********** law states that once formally disputed, they cannot incur additional interest and remain on my credit report as unresolved. They have the option to *** me and settle in court. However, what they have chosen to do is ignore my formal dispute and continue accruing interest while impacting my credit score without an intention to proceed forward with a legal claim. When i asked them why this was the case, they said they "were waiting to hear back from me and my attorney". i explained that under ********** law, the ball was in their court to procced with a lawsuit however their dispatcher said that rather have it just sit on my credit report accruing interest and it was up to me to convince them otherwise.
