On November 5, 2021 I drove my 94 Chevy Silverado to the shop at 1396 n Blackstone for repairs. The issue was I felt front wheel alignment. Shortly after my truck was lifted up and one of the mechanics along with one other person Jerry’s brother told me that several things were wrong. A work order was made which came to $1100.00. I actually paid $800.00 out of pocket. I called later that day and was told that my truck was fixed come pick it up. I paid for the repairs that were made but after Jerry’s brother took my $800.00 he then told me that my truck was not totally fixed it needed front wheel alignment. Both him and his mechanic told me that my wasn’t able to make tight turns, pulled noticeably to the right and would make a clunking noise. I drove my truck to my home which is about less than a mile from this shop. The next day around 9:30am l returned so work could be completely finished with having the front wheel alignment. When this was done and I was told my truck was fixed I drove off and now my vehicle is ruined. I took it to Pep Boys and had them look at this problem and they told me that the job that was done wasn’t done correctly and some of the parts I paid for were worn. I had to pay Pep boys an additional $180.00 to change and replace a tire rod that was already installed and paid for. There is now more damage to my truck and it doesn’t ride or handle like it did prior to me taking to this shop. My truck is ruined and has caused me to feel like I have no hope and I started having trouble breathing and had to call 911 to send an ambulance to my house later that day because I was having trouble breathing.
