A Family of Four Traveling for Our Marriage and We’ve Been Scammed! Stuck at the Airport!! They Made a Fool Out of Us!!! Noo way!!! Karma Is Such a Bitch!!!!!

    I was told I was speaking with Expedia. They billed my credit card and I didn't know the reservation was booked. I got a text message that my card was declined and I didn't go thru with the reservation when Affirm informed me that flight was not booked by Expedia. I am trying to get my refund on the charges that was paid to that Fly Air LLC. I am going to take legal action.

    TOTAL RIP-OFF! Like other reviews we set up a flight, there were no seats so after paying for the fligit we called and there reason was because it's not a confirmed flight. Then they charged us over a $150 to confirm the flight.

    Absolute SCAM! We had an existing reservation with Expedia that missed one seat assignment. Tried to call expedia for a call back request. There guys called back instead, "presented" themselves as Expedia consolidation Desk. Made it sound like we had one ticket on stand buy and if we want a guaranteed seat we need to make a change, meanwhile we get this email to authorize $996 charge from this company. This is when we realized they were a Scam. Confronted the lady, she dropped the phone on us and when we looked on our expedia flight it mysteriously said it was canceled by the airline. Still trying to rebook.

    Absolute scam! I unknowingly called them thinking i was calling alaska airlines. It wasnt until i was done and got the supposed itinerary that I realized they were a "travel" agency. The supposed itinerary with"policy" c*** said it would take ***** hrs for confirmation. I called the airline i was supposedly getting booked with 10+times over that 48 hrs and nothing. I called them saying this was ******** think its a scam inly to be told because of the very basic seating i wanted for my family(economy and seated next to each other) wouldtake anothe 24 hrs. They stole $1,283 from me and my family. Those tickets are to go out to my grandpas services. these people are HORRIBLE. Ive since maxed out my credit card because life is too short to miss this time I will have with family, some we may never see again, just to buy REAL tickets. On top of that for MY billing address for my credit card they put. Street # and name with their town, state and zip code. SCAM!!

    I was charged $500 dollars June 2022 I have no idea why I was charge and I never purchased anything from this company. Everytime I call its all run around am.getting

    Sold me a ticket without the reservation number that I could not used an when I call them they give you the run around I will never used them again
