My vehicle was repossessed by this company. My issue is not that my vehicle was repossessed. I made that happen. My issue is the way this company handles returning personal belongings back the vehicle owner. I live almost 4 hours away from this place. My vehicle had been stolen multiple times during my time of ownership. I called this company to find out what belongings were in the vehicle at time of recovery. The kind woman who answered the phone absolutely refused to give me any indication whatsoever as to whether I had belongings in my vehicle at the time of recovery. She then stated that I only had 9 days left to pick anything up. After that it would be discarded. I asked to speak with a manager but she left me on hold for 30+ minutes at which time I decided to hang up. I never received a call back from anyone in this office. I would greatly appreciate a call or email with a list of what, if anything, there is for me to pick up. This company has been notified that I am interested in having my belongings returned to me. Please mail the belongings to the registered owners address. Rather than disposing. The value of items I had in my vehicle was approximately $3,500 2017 Genesis *** (White)
