    They made a promise to me that they would republish my memoir and they did not do that. Thay also promised to publish my novel and memoir on 20 different platforms. My novel was only published on ******. I want them to keep the promise that they made to me. Dictated by BBB rep. A.S

    American Ebook Writers (AEW) contacted me 4 months ago stating they were taking over clients from their sister company (Online Book Writers or OBW). I lost over $10,000 with OBW on services they either performed poorly or did not perform at all. (Despite a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee). In the end, I had to write, edit and publish the book myself.Validation of this takeover is their logo that now appears in the (former) OBW back office.The AEW representative (*****) made promises that the work would be completed and that they would send me $1000 to compensate for broken ************ promises. Just as with OBW, AEW made promise after promise. - but tried to sell me more services. When I made it clear that I wasn't spending any more money PERIOD, they stopped communicating with me. It was just a ploy to milk more out of one of their suckers. As of this writing, it has been 6 weeks and none of my many emails, texts or back office communications have been answered. This syndicate of many company names (OBW, AEW, *********** Book Writers, and probably others) is a SCAM.
