    I made the purchase on October 5th 2022. I used afterpay, my last payment was November 16. Since then I had been contacting the merchant to see the order status and I was twice told they will have it ready the next month. It is being 6 months and I just want mo menu back.

    Purchased an item in November of 2022. Was also charged additional fees for the same item in December 2022. As nearing the end of February of 2023 have not received item. Due to stress and a move to overseas, going nomadic, I forgot about the item until I saw the sizing kit during packing. I immediately email them to see if I could be refunded. They told me no refunds after 24hours. They wanted to know if I could ship to someone else and that isn't an option. There solution was if I ever come back in the country I could get my nails. My problem with this is it has already been too long and there is a chance I will never return.

    I placed my custom order in March 2022. I followed up with my order 4 months after placing it because I did not receive any updates or received my item. I was told in August 2022 that it's in process and if I needed them by a certain date they could try to accommodate. In August 2022 I asked for a refund due to not receiving the item in a timely matter or given any updates. I was denied a refund and told it was in progress. You look at their social media and they are promoting to take new orders but yet they can't complete my order... I contacted them again in December 2022 and told them it will be a year in March. I received a new representative and was told my order got misplaced and it was basically forgotten. They said I would be moved to a first priority and they sent me a free set for my inconvenience. I still have not received me $689 order. I've asked for a refund again and have not heard back.

    Hello, I had placed my order on February 11, 2022, it is now December 1st, ***************************************************************************************************************** progress and no other further information, when I stated that at this time and date I would like a refund through email and text, they declined to refund me. I have messaged the supposed CEO and have not received a reply.

    Date: 5/18/22 Paid: $329 I purchased a set of custom press on nails. I know the nature of custom items can take time, but I have not received an update or have received my item. I have reached out to them multiple times asking for an update, but all they say is that my order is in progress and if I need them sooner, I can pay an up charge to have them delivered by a certain date. At this point Im worried Im not going to received what I paid for. They have not done anything to resolve the situation. Im just told they are still making them and I can pay more if I want them sooner. Its been almost five months and I have not received any progress pictures or any indication of when Ill be getting them. The order number is P8724. I have not revived a tracking number other than the sizing nail order they sent me when I first purchased. That tracking number is ****************************** I would either like to see my order soon or receive a refund. They state on their website they do not offer refunds for custom orders.
