      I bought new craftsman Lawan mover on 11/11/22. While using first time its starting ropewas broken and was unable to roll inside the equipment automatically. When I bought this item I was told that it has 2 years warranty. When I brought back to store,the store refused to deal with it and ask me to contact manufacturer on my own basis.when I contacted manufacturer they told that they dont have Their repair shop in **********. Now I have to pay money for repair and might be for parts for repairs.it was very hard to load n unload this heavy iteam in van by a single person. My question is if store has not no deal with it why they didnt disclose upon purpose, looks like they just want to sale. I couldnt post review because I didnt want to set up my ****** account due to privacy

      The Assistant ********************************* Manager of the ********************************** called the customer and communicated the options.  The customer has taken the mower to a repair shop as per the manufactures warranty.
