I lived at Riverbank Apartments for a year they wanted to go up $150. I felt as that was too much to be paying 1865 with barely no amenities so I put in my 60 day notice she said that she could talk to her her boss to get it lowers she from $77 to $47 then she asked if I wanted to join incentive program one time payment of $400 I thought that was kinda odd I asked her to explain what the program was about. She never responded, I told her I'll just Vacate as planned. I asked her how much would it be for September 1 to the 16th? She said it be prorated and would be taken out your deposit and when that time come, we'll talk about it. Around September 13 I came to get two items and before I got there, I saw the email not under understanding why she emailed me about two items it's not even the 16th yet I find out she put a three day notice on my door and did not communicate that through phone or email She knows I'm always at work Due to working overtime and long hours and the managers office will be closed when I get off work,on the 13th i came to the property to get my two items she's emailing me about . The next day the 14 when I get to the property to clean up She changed the locks I wasn't able to take pictures . this situation has been so stressful and frustrating, and I feel taken advantage of i've always communicated with her about things pertaining to if I wasn't gonna be home if the maintenance man to come in to fix things ECT I communicated always Express she knew I wasn't gonna be there she gives me a three day notice & locks me out by changing the locks and then give me all these different disposition letters with different prices I will ask her questions about why is the walls $400 why the patio door $349 also about other items as well. She only answers the questions she wants to. I get a email a few days ago now she's talking about the walls is for $800 I feel she took total advantage of me. This is outrageous and ridiculous.
