    My item was never delivered, confirmed by *****, company refuses to refund my money. only offered store credit. With the delay in delivery (missing package) and delays in their responses, I had to buy elsewhere. I want ZERO dealings with company and I have ZERO reason to, so forcing me to spend MY money with them for a mistake on their end is absurd. DO NOT buy from this company. They lack accountability.

    Hi *****, We appreciate your patience and thank you for your feedback. Typically, we do not offer refunds when an order shipment is marked delivered to the address provided at checkout but reported as missing or not received. While we were happy to replace the order at no cost as a courtesy, we understand your preference for a refund due to purchasing elsewhere before the matter was resolved. Because a refund is not a standard resolution when a delivered parcel is a reported as missing or not received, we needed a couple extra days to consider the request. During this time, we were happy to provide guidance to assist in locating the delivery. Additionally, to further ensure your satisfaction, we were happy to email, chat and talk with you several times prior to providing you a courtesy refund. While we regret that things did not go as planned once again, we sincerely thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you. Your choice to be a Happy Planner customer is greatly appreciated!
